Have been waiting on my glasses for over 2 months no communication was told they would be ready soon then a few weeks after was told I would have to choose a different pair and it has now been almost another month from then

They are never in office, so theyre office hours need to be updated. Ive called about 10 times today and not one call has been answered. I called last week about 20 times and from the 5 calls they answered I was told I would get a call back. A week later and Im still struggling. Customer service is definitely not a priority.

My only issue is getting a hold of them. Its frustrating!!! One time I called 25 times in a day!!! I just had to drive out there. Haven't had an issue in the waiting area yet and hoping I won't.

Please dont order glasses here! I have went here 3 times to pick up my daughters glasses and its been 2 months after the exam where nobody has return our call to update us on the status of the glasses. Very unprofessional. imagine how they care please dont come here if you need anything urgent.
