Walmart Vision & Glasses

This place is not professional at all I took my own glasses on a Sunday and left them there to get transition shades and when I whent back to pick up my glases like it was being said someone stold my glasses and the worker there blamed me for taking my own glases when it was being shown in camera I will never go there ever again this place sucks fr DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT !!!!

I have been coming to this particular vision center for about four years. The main draw was the friendliness and customer service from a very kind gentleman by the name of Gerald. His compassion and kindness are what brought me in and have me returning. They have the least expensive and widest selection of contact lenses. Also, over the years the selection and prices of glasses have improved. I am truly a happy patient!

Ms.Valerie Manager was amazing, she sold me on the second pair for 25% off. Very professional and personable to include interested in making sure me and my two adult daughters were good as well as satisfied!! Mr. Appolloh was awesome!! He was patient with us three indecisive women. However, he was personable as well, smiled and concerned about my concerns with my insurance and fees. Took his time with helping us and we greatly appreciated it! You have a great team there. We visited on Saturday January 6, 2024! Will post a picture when we get our new set of extra eyes!!!
