My mother has been in this facility for a few months now and lets just say that she being WELL TAKEN CARE OF!! I thank all the staff and am grateful for all your communication and hard work!!!

This facility has been a godsend! Everyone is attentive to the care and needs of their residents. Thankful that we found a facility that is small, intimate, and actually cares about the people in their care.

I had a very nice visit with my daughter-in-law, Crystal Moore. Her room was tidy, her bedding clean. She was resting with a clean gown on. Friendly staff members were busy in the hall dealing with dinner trays being handed out. Place smelled clean!

Generally speaking I was pretty disappointed in the facility over all. The PT and OT seem to be the only truly competent employees here while the rest of the staff is mediocre, or down right uneducated at best with the exception of 1 or 2 nurses. The entire facility seems to be cleaned once every couple of years and even then it still smells like urine throughout the entire facility. The front has a sign saying please excuse the mess because they are renovating but I'm fairly certain the parts they are renovating are the only clean places here. I'm glad my mother in law is only going to be there for a short while longer while we find a better facility.
