Mike Turk Team exceeded my expectations. I have listen to many horror stories regarding first time buyer experience. First impression has a lasting impact and Mike delivered exceptionally. As a first time buyer details ,consistency, transparency, persistence and communication is the keys to getting to closing. I never question ONCE where I stood even when life happen. My experience with Certainty Home Loans was smooth and fast. Susan is very organized and very patient. I asked lots of questions and she answered them all; even went out of her way to get back to me when she wasnt in her office. Kay also did a great job of taking care of all of the paperwork and answering more of my questions. A great team to work with! Thank yall so much!
