This is an absolutely amazing school. My daughter attended CDSA for over a year, and in that time her educational growth and development was astounding. The principal, Mrs. Hunt, and the administration truly care about each individual child, and strive to help them reach their maximum potential. Emmy's teachers, especially Mrs. Dunbar, were phenomenal. They are a Montessori school, but they use a somewhat more "blended" model to help accommodate children who require more structure. I watched my daughter blossom at this school, and highly recommend it to anyone.

I wish there was no star option that I could give them no start. They are truly irresponsible. They speak well but not behave well. I started the transitioning of my toddler with their summer program 2021. They didn't let me stay inside due to their very nice accuse due to Covid 19 (they should be grateful for such an excuse)Then I stayed in my car to see my child at the recess time. They came out. My son was crying whole time and no one was soothing him my gut teared apart. I was sooo sad and upset. I was watching my son for at least 20 min crying without even his teacher got close to him. He was abandoned at absolute lonely situation which he wasn't used to.  when I picked him up he wasn't able to breath well due to his crying. When I told their manager she just simply said that I am lying and it is not possible. How RUDE!!! When I asked my son what  they did when you were crying inside? He said the lady has just told him shshshsh don't cry. They said that they will have extra teachers to sooth the new kids. I could see how the extra teacher soothed them with saying shshsh. They say you will get pic, but they simply refuse to take them out without for recess time without any pic of their inside activities. They left my child's butt dirty after his number 2. His under ware was completely dirty.  It was sooo sad. This story lasted for more than 1 week without any help from them to try to help my child's transitioning. we left their school with huge nonrefundable bills. I am so sorry for them they are the worst private school I have ever seen.If you want your little one hates school, then this is the best place go for it.

The director of the school invests in the teachers and the campus, and it shows.  The teachers consistently attend Montessori conferences, they are professionals, loving, and teach the children character, respect and self-worth.  Truly amazing school.Ms. Carmina and Ms. Charlotte treated our son like their own child.  He has developed leaps and bounds, and our pediatrician believes that he is very advanced in speech, walking, and motor skills for his age.  We think it's because he is so well taken care of by Ms. Carmina and Ms Charlotte.Ms. Sangeeta, Ms. Sue and Ms. Christina taught our daughter how to count, continents, sit and eat properly, how to share, etc.  I observed two toddlers fighting over a book, and Ms. Sue stepped in and appropriately taught one child to stand up for themselves, and another to apologize.  The are very flexible, and understanding of working parents.  We trust the staff at the school 100%.  The communication is very good.  There are daily reports online where we see the lesson plan, potty schedules, any observations that we need to be aware of.  They are staffed appropriately, and if the teachers are stressed, we don't feel it as parents.
