I was seeing Catherine at the darkest point in my life and she completely changed my perspective. She taught me how to deal with my struggles in a healthy way and learn how to set boundaries. I absolutely loved my experience with her. I tried therapy so many times and nothing worked till I went and saw her.

I have been seeing Catherine for roughly a month now, and I look forward to our sessions immensely. She is objective, supportive, and very attentive in her approach. In spite of the vulnerability, I feel very comfortable sharing my feelings and fears with her, and I look forward to continuing my sessions with her as I strive to be my best self. Seeing a therapist has this stigma that makes you flat out dread going to see them, but Catherine isn't that way. Talking with her is like having coffee with your closest friend. Before you know it, you've dumped your guts out to her and she has pointed out "stuck points" you didn't even realize you had! Then she walks along beside you to help you through those points and step on the path to healing. She's very relatable and feels like you're talking to a human, not some boring, droning robot. Catherine genuinely loves her job and cares for her clients. If you're wanting someone to connect with to get you through rough times, I highly recommend her.
