Arlington Community Health Center

This was my first time coming to this clinic. It was one of the best experiences ive ever had at a clinic as of now. Everyone there was sooo nice especially Nurse Kimberly she was the sweetest. I dont normally leave reviews for first time visits at health centers but I just had to give a compliment to everyone who I met at my visit. Everyone worked efficiently and with lots of care. I will definitely be coming back here.

Went today as a new patient. The receptionist was nice and the wait time was not too bad. I was there about an hour and a half. The provider was very nice too. So far so good.

The receptionists are disgusting! They spend their time drinking coffee and talking and they don't do their job... the woman at the window lost my son's documents and then they charged me 140 dollars for a poor consultation in which I had to tell the doctor to check the results of clinical studies.. I can't believe they don't have a manager who can show up for the clinic, the three of them told me to go to FW and all the managers are there... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE!! Or bring coffee and cookies so they can eat comfortably and be happy and take good care of you... As if that were not enough, they charged me double for some clinical studies...

I do not recommend it, no empathy with clients, they are only looking for money, even if you have insurance, they do not care.
