USMD Arlington South Ob/Gyn Clinic

I called in over a week ago a request for my prescription medication, which they still have not called in to be filled (even though they told me 48 hours). I dont know whats going on with this place but its definitely changed. Its really sad because the most basic level of patient care isnt being met here. Its ran like a free clinic now but it most definitely is not one. I would suggest finding another clinic just as I am in the process of doing.

Called twice and asked them to send me an email so I can set up my portal and both times once in person and once over the phone both different days they told me yes Im sending it now so wheres the email ? I checked my inbox and junk and made sure they confirmed the right email. They clearly dont do their jobs. Also been waiting on two prescriptions I urgently needed and the pharmacist says they havent even received anything pending. My first time there and I wont be back. If they cant make time to send me an email or send a prescription the day of then it isnt worth my money or time. I shouldve known better from reading the other reviews.

When I was seeing Dr. Lopez as an GYN patient I loved the experience, Never had any types of issues with scheduling or getting a call back regarding questions/concerns. Now that Im currently 10 weeks pregnant Im having issues like I never have before. I cant get a call back for a prescription question and they wont fill out my FMLA for my job which I made EVERYONE aware of when I went to my first appointment. Im on the verge of losing my job and still cant get answers about my prescription. Its honestly really sad. Because I had high hopes for this office. Like I said never had an issue as a GYN patient but now Im having all the issues. I will not be returning for my next OB appointment.

The worse place if I could give 0 stars I would. Always rescheduling and do not even honor the grace period they set up.

Dr. Lopez and Shannon the ultrasound tech were amazing! This was my first ever ultrasound and Shannon called the day before to let me know what I needed to do and she took tons of pictures and even gave us duplicates! Dr. Lopez was super helpful and answered both questions that I had and even ones I hadn't thought of. She gave us tons of super helpful information to look over for the future. Cannot recommend this place enough!
