USMD Imaging Center at Arlington

Took my elderly Mother here for her yearly. The front desk clerk named Crystal was so rude to us, I felt like must of been on candied camera; it was just so unbelievable. Not only was she snapping at us but after she gave me paper work she turned around and muttered under her breath, "why these bi#*hes here". I filed a complaint.

You know you were in good hands when you leave the doctors office and all of your questions and concerns have been answered. I went into the breast Center and imaging center today worried and with a ton of questions and came out confident that I am under great care. From the start the front desk staff in both imaging offices always go above and beyond to make sure I understand my insurance coverages and the clinical staff is always very cordial and with positive attitudes. As a patient sometimes our fears and worries can make us grumpy so being greeted with a smile means a lot. Dr. Gina Constantine was thorough, patient and very generous in sharing her knowledge of the topics we discussed so I felt not only like a patient in good hands but an empowered patient that can work with my doctors in coordinating the plan of action for me. This USMD facility has several departments/offices and each time I have gone to one the quality and professionalism is consistently reassuring.
