I currently work here at AIIL, and to be completely honest I couldn't be any happier with the path that I've chosen and career that I have thrown myself into. It's absolutely amazing, I've never been with a company where management really takes the time to understand not just the employee. But truly understand the person themselves and then give everything they have to that person to make sure that they succeed and achieve their goals no matter what they are. My boss (Big, big boss of the entire agency/mentor) Jordan Stelzer, and my other boss my (direct manger/mentor) Jordan Hamrick have helped me so much her at American income life. but not just to reach new heights career wise or to be a better life producer. But they have helped become a better version of myself which reflects into my work. In my opinion if any one of an agency or corporations employees do this just for the success of the people under them, its easy to imagine what kind of time, care, they and everyone of their life producers including myself will take with our clients. This is an amazing company with an amazing culture. Two thumbs up!!!!!
