    Been a customer of theirs for 3-4 years, but their service has been sporadic this year. They've serviced my yard 9 times so far this year when it should have been 12 times. They have not serviced my yard since 8/7. Tried to call them 5 times this week on two different number. Left messages but no response yet

    Don't be fooled! They are fast...because they want to take advantage of you before you know it! They put down sod for me (which was dormant at the time) last March 2018. I asked for St. Augustine. The invoice he sent me showed St. Augustine. But, when the sod began to turn green after much watering and fertilizing, around April/May I noticed the sod was not all St. Augustine but some Bermuda. I know it was Bermuda because that's what I had before I had them put the St. Augustine down. I have been going back and forth with this company since May. Trying to get them to correct what I thought might have been a mistake. But, no, I find out from the company (he gave me their card) he gets his sod from the day he put down my sod he only purchased Bermuda not St. Augustine. So, now I know it was not a mistake he intentionally put the wrong sod down, thinking I would not notice or even if I did he would not correct it! He is friendly and talks a good game to try to make you think he is on the up and up and will take care of any issues. Don't believe it for a second! The review about the sprinkler system being destroyed... do believe that! Fortunately for me, they only broke my sprinkler head. He sent someone out to repair the sprinkler head but then told me it was some other part that was broken. NOT! I had water leaking from the sprinkler head no where near the control valve. He claimed it cost him $150 but wasn't going to charge me. Well, he didn't even ask me before he "fixed" it. I've asked for detailed receipts for the sod purchase as well as the sprinkler repair. No surprise I never received either. They might be okay if you only want your lawn cut and do not have a sprinkler system for them to break. He cut off communication after he said I "threatened" him but telling him I would contact the BBB and NBC5. The BBB was no help, all they did was take my complaint send it to him, wait for his response. Which of course he denied any wrong doing!! I received a message that my complaint would be posted on their website but that was it. Lesson here, check the BBB first because they cannot help you afterward. Save yourself a major headache and look elsewhere for lawn care!

    We used the weekenders to redo our front yardleveling, laying sod, planting a tree, etcand they did an amazing job. We contacted 4 different landscaping companies, and The Weekenders were the only ones to call us back in a reasonable amount of time. They're very quick to respond to questions, and worked with us to help us get our lawn to where we wanted it. Great, friendly workers got the job done quickly and exceeded our expectations.

    They were fast and responsive to give me a quote for a back yard overhaul.  They cleaned out a TON of junk and put in sod.  The amount of work that overwhelmed me was done in one day.They said they would come back the second day and clean up and roll the sod.  They came back but didn't finish the cleanup; still a lot of junk that I'm going to have to clear out.  Also, they had NO REGARD for the irrigation system that was there; everything that would have taken minimal effort to work around was instead crushed.  The system needed work but now needs everything dug up and replaced.So in all, they did a ton of work but still left me with hours of clean up and hundreds of dollars in repairs to the irrigation system.  I was so happy with the initial results but looking at the missed details I'm getting more and more disappointed.Updated review after i found that the irrigation system is busted somewhere under the new yard where it was fine before... they lined up an irrigation guy, but proceeded to break the whole system and not mark anything and not have the irrigation person scheduled for the same time as they were here.

    You're questioning my ethics because I refuse to pay until the work was complete?!?!?  I said I would remit payment once the work was completed.  The work was completed TODAY and payment will be made.  Your company misquoted the amount of work, not me....you had the opportunity to correct this prior to forwarding an invoice for the amount due.  YOU came out and discussed the low quote with your employees and chose not to speak with me before you invoiced me. ETHICS is not something you should question in others until you take a good hard look at yourself and the way you treated me, YOUR CUSTOMER, at the time you spoke with me on the phone.  Raising your voice doesn't make your customer ever want to have you handle anything for them. However, I can assure you that my review of your poor ethics and lack of business sense will be discussed widely and loudly with everyone that I know as well as on facebook, your website and any other method available to me.  Speaking to me in such disrespect only confirms my decision regarding you and your business.  At least your employees and supervisors have more ethics and common sense than you do.  Bad relations with customers will never make you a good businessman.
