        JMS installed a whole yard system for us. While we were delighted with the initial system over time we've become increasingly disappointed in work and response from Jim. We've been having to wait several months to get problems addressed. We had a problem with down lights going out, which we notified Jim in Feb 2022. His crew finally came by in April, spent a lot of time, charged us over $800 only for the problem to come back a few days later. Since then Jim has not responded to emails, calls or texts. We had another contractor over, he diagnosed the problem in 5 mins and $200 later we're fixed. So, so disappointed!
