        Thank you so much to Amal, Korri, and Bevi for helping us make my spouses engagement ring. They helped us every step of the way and kept us up to date on how our repairs went to make it perfect. By far the best experience with them. We even went back to get matching sets of necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. They made sure to take care of us and feel as if were at home! And now we have a beautiful set of jewelry for our wedding and other upcoming events!!

        Marissa makes this place 5 stars! Prior to Marissa being employed here we had quite a few issues with communication and timeliness more than once. I like to think that Im pretty understanding and if things are communicated to me, I can usually work around them. Since that was in the case, I had a sour taste in my mouth regarding Helzberg diamonds. After Marissa and Leah became employed here, timeliness has been an issue still. How every, Communication and excellent people skills go along ways. Almost. Anyone can make a sale but retention and customer satisfaction will keep clients coming back. I HIGHLY Recommend them.
