I have/had been with Nationwide for over 15 years. I have had several occasions that my agent did not properly handle my policy and it is now going to cost me over $4,000! They have no desire to compensate me for their errors. I have filed a complaint with their Errors and Omissions Division and will file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and the BBB. Their customer service is less than desirable! I am moving all 5 of my policies.
