        Tim did a very thorough and great job inspecting the AC! He went above and beyond to correct tubing which could have led to eventual leaks. He took time to completely explain everything. I recommend asking for Tim and using MES/Max/Willard Company!

        Richard Woodard, a Senior Tech and Field Supervisor provided excellent customer service and was very professional. Richard took the time to diagnose the problem with my current system. Once it was determined that it would take six months to get the part, he took the time to recommend a replacement unit that would best meet my needs and helped me to secure the necessary financing. Additionally, he came over to my house the day of the install to make sure that the technicians involved in doing the actual installation completed the work as we had agreed upon. Richard also helped arrange the follow up appointments with the electrician and plumber.
