Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Arlington/Dallas Area

I Been to better hotels in the hood! Very unprofessional! Told them my fridge didnt work he told me to take off my glasses and make sure it was plugged in! Then told me I could use his fridge behind the desk! dirty mattresses in the hallway! Room had a lot of broken stuff! The trash cans was all full around the property! So I had to hold my trash for an extra day because my trash cans are super small! seen I had a lot of money then decided to charge me extra deposit! I asked if they did breakfast in the morning! And therere response was soft breakfast, did I expect eggs and sausage these guys are a trip customer service super poor! Then I asked how is the area and then he started mansplaining! Like sir its a yes or no! So for the rest of my stay I will avoid them! they gave me the room with the camera looking right at my door so it could just be me who knows! but no worries they find out the hard way not to judge a book by its cover o yea I almost forgot they dont have elevators

Can't even ask simple questions without getting an attitude, like I ruined all of 2mins of whomever was on the front desk. But the price is hard to beat.
