        I had skilled nursing and aid services from Classic Home Care. I was originally satisfied with my nurse and my aid. I have to give the company a (zero) no star rating for customer service and follow through. The nurse came out and filed paperwork for continuation of services. When she left, I expected services to continue. I was confused when nobody bothered to show up this week. No nurse or aid. I called the nurse at home and she referred me to the home office. The person who answered the office phone told me the insurance had not approved services. Ironically, when I called the insurance company I found out services were approved, two days ago. So much for customer service. I expected to be notified if there was an issue.
