Great Clips

The stylist who cut my hair for years has moved on. Ami cut my hair this time for the first time. She performed an acceptable haircut, but it was not what I wanted and not what I asked her to do. She did not listen to me and wanted to argue with me about the type of haircut that I wanted and was mostly concerned about getting it done in 15 minutes as she stated more than once that they were checking the computer to see if they were getting them done in that time. I am totally dissatisfied for the fact that I did not get what I was very clear in asking for.

Checked in with my mobile and when I reached the front door they had my name up on the screen and were waiting for me with a genuine smile. The conversation was fun and the cut was accomplished efficiently and professionally. Well worth a good tip, even though she didnt manage to take 10 years off my face!

I asked for a simple haircut, and got exactly what I asked for. Mia was friendly and efficient. She didn't go above and beyond, but she did a great job in a short amount of time.

My son was diagnosed with B-ALL Leukemia on Feb 27th earlier this year. I took him to 2 different barber shops to get his hair cut (He finally decided it was time to cut his hair after it started to fall out from the chemotherapy). I couldn't find anyone until my husband looked online and saw that Great Clips has the Clips of Kindess program for cancer patients. I called 2 Great clips and one said they didn't do it and the other said she didn't know so she couldn't do it. I finally tried one more time and reached out to this Great Clips on Green Oaks and the lady who awnsered the phone said Yes! That they do it and she would honor it for him. (Just a simple buzzcut) we walked in and was automatically greeted. She did such a good job showing compassion to my son and talking to him the whole time. I can't thank her enough for helping me! My son got to choose when he was ready to cut his hair and he loved the haircut too. Highly recommended this location.
