For the past 3 years or so, I would book makeup appts with globyshanel. She used to offer services at her house. Today was the first day I went to this salon for services by her. Its been a while since Ive booked her simply because of my last two appointments being canceled when turning into her complex; the first cancellation has no reason just a cancellation and a refund. The second time I had an important event and she canceled. Im understanding to things happen so I just dealt with it. Well, today I made it there on time for my appointment she wasnt there. She came in eventually, washed her hands and said she was ready. She attempted to start my makeup before even knowing what I wanted. She opened the foundation and quickly started a brush application. She didnt wipe my face to remove an oil or residue that would have been potentially there, no moisturizer, no primer.straight to the foundation. When I asked if she could apply the above referenced she responded dont give me hell today. It took me completely off guard because out of three 3yrs we have never had any challenges outside of my first make up appt when I asked for a different lip color because she didnt apply the lip I showed her in the photo. Since then, weve had no issues. Ive always loved the outcome. I would tip, and see her next time. So after I sat in her remark for a min, I eventually told her I wanted my face prepped to avoid cracking. So at this point the energy is weird. I tried to talk about it and she proceeded to cancel my appt. At this point I am pissed because I waited close by for 3 hours for my appt because I was already in the area. So now appt 3 cancelled. Words were exchanged at this point, Im mad shes sarcastic. I call her out on her multiple cancellations. She didnt want to work today and instead of just saying that she attempted to make me the problem. She even stated she meant to block me. Now, we have to send deposits by Apple Pay to her personal cell. Which means you see that Ive booked. I actually booked two appts which means she received two deposit notifications from me. So if you meant to block me why did you service me for three years? Because you werent blocking me. You were saving face in irony of the shops owner. I asked that she refund me for both appointments. The one for today and tomorrow. She refunded me for one day. I called the salon and informed the owner and she suggested I handle it with her. I did apologize to the owner because as a salon owner myself I understand how things operate. The challenge as the owner is the lack of rectification or concern. Each stylist is a representation of your brand. I texted her to request my second refund and she never be responded. Apple refunded tho. Her makeup was good, which is why I went to her. Saved me 230.

I love this shop! Juan the owner is amazing her work speaks for itself. Shes very fast and does a beautiful job! her shampoos are top of the line!! The environment is always peaceful. Ive also gone to Ty shes very talented as well. Shes creative with her styles. Ive never been disappointed after getting out of their chairs. I highly recommend this shop for your loc needs or any hair styles. Everyone here does an amazing job!
