      image They were extremely busy and I really didn't expect much. I showed a picture of my haircut I had before. Told them I needed it cut to my shoulders with some long layers. She did a once over cut to my chin and no layers. I had asked for a shampoo and was surprised she started cutting before the shampoo.
      I look like an 8 year old. I should have believed my husband when he said I get what I pay for. I really thought they would do okay. She was done with my hair in a fraction of the time they spent on the guy behind me.
