D1 Community is phenomenal!!!! Workouts are awesome and never the same. Coaches are welcoming and encouraging and always believing in you. Perfect place for a beginner or anyone trying to start their fitness journey, would highly recommend!

D1 Training has been a new experience that has provided training and development outside of team training at the club level for me. The one on one training has been incredible. Coach Marcus has been excellent and his knowledge and attention to detail has been impressive. If you are trying to jump that hurdle and get to the next level I believe D1 Training can help you achieve that.
