Investor used this individual to do work on a home we purchased. VAK provided a lifetime warranty on his work that was transferred to us. We have been trying for almost 3 months to get him to fix his work only to be met with excuses for not being able to come out. I highly recommend you find another reputable company.

Did not pull permits. Will not provide proper reports. Some repairs failed. House beginning to collapse due to negligence, improper repairs, and repairs done incorrectly. Will not respond to requests to fix issues. Does not honor warranty. Multiple experiences with this company on multiple properties, all similar. This review will be deleted when issues are resolved.

I could go on and on about the reasons why you should not hire this company, but the thousands of dollars Ive spent repairing his work speaks for itself. I am not sure how he remains in business with the countless amounts of errors and faulty work, such as stacking shims like playing cards and using untreated wood as beams. My investment company utilized this company in my 1930s home, mainly due to his price. Do yourself a favor-pay for the higher priced company. This company doesnt even pull permits from the city of Fort Worth when fixing the foundation. His workers muddied up my walls, ceiling (how?!) and rugs from the crawl spaces. Just dont. Dont do it.

Came out within 24 hours to look at my foundation. Advised me on the best course of action to take. Within a week their guys were at my house at 8am and got straight to work. Fixed a column that was leaning Porch that was sloped Added interior piers to level out my 100 year old house. All around a great experience and good price.
