        Customer service is horrible. Food is okay. Please fire the staff if you can and change the management. They ran out of fries, fries. Very unprofessional conduct

        As a student, I go here almost every day. I always use the GrubHub app because the lines are crazy and student workers struggle to keep up. The breading is almost always too soft/pale and the chicken isn't as tender as proper locations. Just alright but still one of the best options at UTA
