We utilized Don Kaiser, and Kaiser Sacco, PLLC, for significant business litigation - to include negotiation, and then to result in a full trial-based lawsuit experience. They were and are the most impressive firm we have ever been able to utilize. We were extremely fortunate. A few years back, I was fairly new to the US and I had received a legal notice. I didn't know what to do. So, I started searching online and I contacted some attorneys. I think Ellen was the first one to respond if not the only one. After I provided all the details, she took the time to explain me all the next steps, she answered all my questions and later when the litigation became bigger, she represented me all the way till the end of the case.
It was great working with Ellen. She always patiently heard and answered all my questions/concerns and it was always easy to contact her via phone or email.
I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney.

I run a small business. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve needed to “talk to my lawyer”. Kaiser Sacco has been our law firm for years and we wouldn’t have it any other way. When we need a demand letter or some paperwork filed for a lien they are right on it. I don’t have to wait days or weeks for a response and longer for the result.

I felt that they were Unprofessional/Rude. Sought advice for a matter of business I was not absolutely knowledge about, and the lawyer rudely asked "why are you calling us?" at the end of the call. It made me feel dumb for seeking a consultation from them. But, it certainly made my search for one easy. I absolutely will not be calling for future business needs.
