Prestige Dermatology of Arlington

If you want a doctor to talk "to" you, don't go here. Nurse Practioner used all these big words and I had to ask what she meant. This was my 2nd visit. She didn't explain everything from my first visit, I found out today. She ask me to come in today without makeup so she could look at my face. She didn't look at it until I reminded her. I'm very involved in my care and I want to know what is being done and going on. This isn't the place to go if you're like me.

Today was my first appt with Dr. Cohen and personally it was a great experience. He's very detailed, knowledgeable, and overall the most pleasant person that I've met. All of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant, accommodating, and proactive. The office itself is kept up really nice and bright. It's complimentary to how clean and inviting it is. The services they offer are advertised well, vast variety of literature to read while you wait, and a tablet (I didn't use). I walked out of the office feeling like I finally had something to look forward too with getting rid of the acne that I can't remember not having. I'm only at the beginning, but I feel like I'm in really good hands. Also, it's a really good sign when you leave an office and the office isn't empty. I also didn't have a long wait to be seen. Thanks you guys, I'll be back for my scheduled appt.

Sandy, Ryan and staff have been very helpful for prescribing treatments and some in patient surgeries for basal cell issues. They have all proven successful. I won't go anywhere else.
