I only spoke to the receptionist over the phone, I havent gone there yet but I noticed the receptionist was a bit rude . Which made me go to look at the reviews , then made me want to cancel my appointment So I called back again to cancel and she hung up on me . So unprofessional

My experience with this dental office was as follows: The receptionist and dentist yelled at me when I tried to ask questions that were relevant to the claim/billing, as well as the process of treatments. Indeed, they are very rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist. The dentist is nicer, and his skillset is fine. Their billing and claim system is very inefficient, took them almost a month (while another dentists I went took just a few days) for the claims went through to insurance without any error after a few times of correction. A thing bugging me the most is that even in-network providers, but this place forced me to pay a cost exceed the cost that insurance allowed and paid (which is very odd). The worst part was they ignored everything that said in the Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), confirmed that zero copay and zero deductible for patient responsibility. I have already filed the complaint and appeals to the authorities and asked them to review my case. Thus, with all the situations I have described above, it encourages me to write this review. The bottom line is that it's not worth it to come to this place because they did not realize that we pay for their service and are the one pay their salary as well as make their business going. The main thing is that dental places are everywhere on every corner in our town, and they would appreciate you for doing business with them.

This was the first dentist me and my saw when i first moved to texas.I stopped coming.I have returned and i wish i had never stopped.He is honest about what's going on with my mouth.He and his staff is friendly..I Recommend him.

Dr. is filing false claims to the insurance company. Only reason how I know is that we went to a new dentist for some dental work and ins co said it was already done by this doctor, which in fact, we have not. When our insurance company called, he talked to the insurance company himself (which I find very odd) since he has staff to do that. He told the insurance co that they "mistakenly" sent in a "claim" instead of an "estimate". How many times has this office "mistakenly" done this? We would have never known he did this if we didn't have the same procedure done at the new dentist.

They don't deserve a star. Came in for the first time for an exam AND cleaning. They checked my insurance, accepted it, and ONLY gave me an exam and told me to come back for the cleaning. Nearing the day I'm supposed to come back for the cleaning the wife (receptionist) told me my insurance is no good and I don't need to come back to finish with the cleaning. A statement from my insurance verified they charged for the whole exam AND cleaning service. Despicable to say the least.
