Dr. Joseph Reed DMD MAGD

Well, I opened this page to write a review - only to see that I already did - 2 years ago!!! The amazing thing is - my review is still true Dr. Reed and Nikki and my ladies at the front desk (actually, they are not mine :-) they are his - Dr. Reeds assistants). Everyone is world-class at being there to meet your needs. I was compelled to write (again) because my experiences with Dr Reed are rare (annually and when I have a problem) and every single problem he approaches with so much knowledge and he takes the time to explain why -even though I do not ask because I already know that he is on point with his diagnoses and treatment I enjoy going to the dentist - so when I dont have a really good one I just keep moving on until I find a great dentist - and yes they are rarewhich is why I love having the history with this dental office - not only ate they great - they are consistently greatI understand that not everyone enjoys going to the dentist so if anyone reading this has a fear of dentists or just dont like going but know that you need to - Dr. Reeds dental office is the place to start - the ladies (my ladies) that manage all calls and all e mails and really manage all patient needs are just the best to work with - very professional-kind-caring and totally competent when they tell me something I know its right -and they are always receptive to questions this has been a totally great experience for 5 years and counting

12:20 pm - chipped back tooth. 12:30 pm - called to make an appointment. Pleasantly surprised they could get me in same day. 1:30 pm - xray, camera mouth picture-need a simple filling to fill in my tooth pot hole. 2:09 pm - out the door in my car heading back to work! Fast. Honest. Efficient. Great staff and great doctor! Highly recommend. Also, Nikki, the dental hygienist, is just as awesome all the way around as Dr. Reed. If you're looking for a dentist - please check him out!

Arlington dental takes such good care of their patients. The staff is so nice and makes sure everything is explained before you commit to anything. They truly take time to make sure you're comfortable with the entire process and they make coming to the dentist less overwhelming. There are specials for new patients, so if you you have toothache pain this is a great place to check out!

The truth is that I had been going to this dental office for years; however this August I became very upset when the office staff decided to change my dentist visit without my pernission. I got a call from the office to see if they could move me to another day, and I did not agree to it as I had taken that day from work to get my procedure done. The week of visit, I got a text message saying that I was scheduled for a different day. I called the office and she sounded confused and so they could not help to honor the day I orginally had scheduled. obviously I was not going to be going on the day they decided to change it to. I get a "CANCELLATION VISIT" bill for the amount of 50 something dollars, I was flustered to know they had the odasedy to charge me on what I had not control over. Very upset, as Dr. Reed and the Dental Hygienist are great. heart broken
