My daughter no longer goes here. The teachers are sketchy. My daughter came home one day with a huge knot on her arm. I took her to the doctors and they stated it was a spider bite. I ask the teachers there how could this have happened and no one knows. They even said it probably came from me. Even though they had my daughters sleeping spot secluded in the kitchen area of the room. I thought it may have can from somewhere else so I prayed on it and took her back. I took my 1 year old late to school after that and noticed the kids were already outside to play. The children were on one side of the playground while the 3 teachers were on the other side talking amongst each other. No one was tending to the children. So I brought that up to the directors attention as she told me she already spoke with the teachers regarding this. So that let me know that these type of issues happen often. That was the second red flag I should have listened to. Almost a week later my daughter gets a 2nd spider bite. This one was bleeding so I ask what happened. They told me they are digging up stuff in the playground area (construction). The director said it could have came from there. I asked if anyone was watching her to know. Complete crickets. No one knows again. I then tell them she is not to go outside as they are still not watching the kids (I came late to school a second time and teachers still laughing with each other while the poor babies are off doing their own things). They told me they could not accommodate me and my daughter would have to play outside with the others. That was my daughters last day there! I do not recommend this school! & she is now 2 and hasnt received nor 1 spider bite.

I was sooo scared to take my son to daycare seeing that none of my kids ever went I can tell you Ive walked into many daycares and home daycare but for this to be my first daycare Im so happy God helped me chose this place for my baby. All of the staff are friendly and you can tell they have genuine hearts right when you walk in the door. I love absolutely love it here. Thank you to everyone that is apart of this staff you are amazing

We have been taking our kids to This location of ChildCare Network since January 2020 and have been very happy with everything. The staff is very kind, caring and professional. Our kids are always happy to go see their teachers and friends. We feel like they are not just getting great care, they have a great education experience too. Thank you CNI 197!

Good luck getting through them. I been waiting on the phone for almost 2+hours. I also try calling corporate and they are also not responsive. They need better costumer service for new clients that are trying to enroll their kids.

I am not happy and my children have yet to start. I dont like to be misled on anything concerning business matters. I just have a bad taste in my mouth . First impressions are lasting.
