        I appreciate being acknowledged when I come in the door. I'm always greeted immediately and offered help without to much hovering. I don't know the young lady's name but she recognizes me and ask how my previous purchases worked out for me. Above and beyond customer service. This is what will keep me coming into a store versus ordering on Amazon.
