staff are super helpful and kind, haircuts are quick and look spectacular. The store was super clean and tidy, for sure will return, definitely recommend !

I came around 4pm on 4/8/2023 The front manager RUDEST GIRL IVE EVER MET the guy Josue was so nice and patient with me by looking up my return items since it was eight of them, he couldnt find one of my items in the receipt and he asked for her help and she was already being so impatient and rude to me and him by not even trying to look for the item just saying its not there and then I was looking through my receipts and I found it on one of them, she was claiming it was not the item, didnt even look at it for two seconds and she said your looking at it wrong. When she gave me the receipt for my returns she just walked away without even saying were done with the progress or anything it was really unprofessional. But when I got to the car the item was the exact size and everything matched so it was the right receipt she just didnt want to help. I just hope nobody else gets the same treatment as I did.

TL:DR I went to this location within the opening hour since I was in the area after my daily perfume ran out. I asked 3 employees for help, got ignored for 30 minutes when purchasing the perfume should have been a 5 minute trip. Another customer helped me in the end get an employee to assist me but was told conflicting information on paying at the register right after getting the perfume and having to get in line in the end. I went in and asked three employees if they could help me in the perfume section to get my perfume, one with a red shirt and two girls who were talking near the register when it wasn't busy. I tried talked to the two girls and they ignored me for half a minute. They then noticed there were customers in line and helped them first, which I understood they need to help the buyers first. No biggie. Talked to an employee in a red shirt and they were walking around the store inspecting the products. I asked if they could help me and they mentioned they needed to stock some products first. I waited a bit when they were done but they just walked off. Then, I saw them help out another customer when they were walking off which was a bit upsetting. Luckily, another customer saw me get ignored and actually called the red shirt employee to assist me. After they finished talking with the other customer, they did retrieve my perfume from the locked cabinet and said they would assist me to pay at the register but I got told by another employee to get in line which I was very confused about since the other employee said they would let me purchase my items. Got in line anyway, and the cashiere was very rude and skeptical of me buying the perfume. I assume it must be because I look young and there must have been bad experiences with younger kids.

The staff is always very helpful. Not every store carries the same products.
