Smells like a pyramid scheme, two guys in their own offices on a meeting room with seats enough for 20 people? A secretary desk out front that the guys take turns manning to look more legit. They straight up lie to get people in there, saying you will be offered a rep and or management role but they layer reveal they are not hiring managers, and if you do well enough you may be promoted to manager in so many months. By well enough that means sell enough policies by who knows what means, they did not get into that, seems like you are left to your own means through cold calling or something. They have a training process to help you get licensed with the state, during which time they do not pay you. I was in there with seven other people, they started out by saying this was not a cattle call while they were conducting a cattle call. We were all led to believe it was one-on-one interviews which happened for about 30 seconds with each of us and one of the guys offices. It seems like they pull people in to do the selling for them, and then when the people leave because they're not making enough money to buy rice on these guys get to keep taking in the commissions when the sales renew their policies.
