This company should be closed down. Which is wishful thinking considering it's an LLC company. Very very poor construction quality, warranty is a joke. They mention that the house is backed by a one year warranty but it's only available if you can get a hold of them. The owner is blinded his own ignorance and could care less about the home once it's purchased. Or the people who have purchased them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Cesar is a great man with an outstanding attention to detail! I highly recommend his expertise when building you're new dream home! I've tried other big name builders like Grand Homes ect.. ect.. But Mr. Jimenez took the time to listen and even gave us some ideas that were on point with what we needed. Again I highly recommend him for any new home owner looking for a custom home with great quality.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was a first time buyer but they provided me with some valuable lessons. Quality of the home they build is alright I guess, they definitely cut corners wherever they could. When it came time for the walk through, there were quite a few things we requested to be fixed. On closing day we go to the house and they had done nothing. They scramble to fix the big ticket items (keys didn't match the locks and seals around the doors) and promise to fix the rest within the week after closing (about 20 other things). I made the mistake of trusting them and closing; these items combined with anything related to my one year warranty have been a nightmare. It took about two years of me constantly calling and threatening legal action to get anything done, eventually I gave up and worked on fixing everything myself. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes and save themselves some pain. Additionally, I learned from my neighbors after moving in that when they were building my home they had been using their electricity and water. Jiminez Custom Homes is an untrustworthy, unreliable company.
