BitxBit has been providing our IT support for over 3 years now and we couldn't be happier with their service. The staff has always been professional and punctual when coming on site. I have dealt with Robert, Rusty, and Joseph the most when handling issues relating to help changing a setting on the phones, to migrating our server. They're always knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond when dealing with problems. Over the years they have helped us upgrade all the computers in the office with as little effect to the daily operations of the office. BitxBit updated our phone system and helped move our files to the cloud allowing us to have access to our critical files anywhere in the world. A good IT support company is something you have in your back pocket. I cant give a higher recommendation than BitxBit.
