I love Old Navy clothes. I shop for myself and my toddler at Old Navy very frequently. I am not looking to get anything for free but I have to say that the customer service with two of the cashiers during my shopping at the Highlands location in Arlington, Tx was very unprofessional. They do not smile at all and/or have the courtesy to ask if everything went well with the shopping. To my surprise one of the cashier's was the store manager. I believe Joanne is her name. Her face expression was as if she did not want to be there. The cashier who helped me barely said hello. Before checking out I was in the kid's section. Joanne was in the kids section organizing some items. I asked her if some items were 50%. I felt like she barely wanted to answer me, but right after I hear her very friendly with another customer. I felt a little discriminated by this. Anyways, I feel that if you don't want to deal with people than do not work in customer service or at least try to be some what friendly.
