    I wish this had the option to give 0 star review. I went to this location yesterday and I felt horrible after paying for my items. When I walked in to the boutique I was not greeted (which is fine) and later noticed the sales person did see that I walked in because she was near the door. As I am looking around, trying to find a gift for a friend, I hear people coming in and Virginia was greeting them. She was also walking around and asking people how they were doing, if she can help them with anything, and if they were finding everything okay. There was one occasion where she stood near me and was just staring at. She didnt asked me anything, but she was just staring and even following me. That made me feel like she thought I was going to steal. She really made me feel uncomfortable and I knew it was discriminated during my shopping experience. When I was waiting in line to pay, Virginia was being friendly to the customer who was paying. She even asked how she was doing and if she found everything ok. At the end, she told the lady to have a nice day and to take care. When it was my turn, Virginia did not say much to me. All she said was ok while signaling her hand for me to come up to the register. She did not greet me, did not asked if I found everything ok, or how I was doing. I also did not say anything to her. When I put my stuff down she was just looking at my stuff and then she said go ahead and put your number in to check if you are a member. During the transaction, she did not say anything to me, but all she said to me was you will be getting 10% off since youre a member. After paying, she gave me the bag and said ok, I made sure you got the 10% off and gave me the bag. Virginia did not say have a good day or anything you normally hear when going to other places. I am doing a review here because their website to leave a survey for them is unavailable. I dont think I will be returning to this location because of Virginia.

    Virginia the sales associate is incredibly rude and spoke to me as if i was stupid. She had a problem with me doing an online return in store but I have done this before as it is easier. she questioned why I bought the wrong size and I said i ordered online. she asked me a few more times why i didn't buy the correct size the first time. I will not return to this location. She was condescending and overall ruined my shopping experience.

    I bought almost $400 worth of items recently for my nieces Christmas gifts. One item was defected and broken, I tried to exchange it but had already thrown the receipt. The item still had the tag but for some reason the item wasnt coming up under my phone number. The two out of the three sales associates who work there were rude, saying things like we dont even carry that purse here. The tag says Francescas. I even showed them the purchase history in my bank which was recent. Worst experience, they wouldnt exchange it and just gave me the customer service number to call. They profiled me and I didnt appreciate the tone in their voice or the attitude. The only semi kind associate was a young women who seemed to be Asian, the two Caucasian associates were the rude and condescending ones. I filled a formal complaint.
