Did not go into the bank did the driver thru. There were 3 ATM machines which was a good thing but no tellers? The lines moved ok...

A little better than most for interest paid on a savings account that is a trade off for no branches and ZERO Customer Service!!! Seems like the trend in the world today, sadly! I will be moving ALL of my business somewhere else!

I love doing reviews but I hate doing negative ones. I used to love Capital One but disappointed to say the least right now. In February I was selling my car through social media. I thought I had a buyer and they sent me a certified check. Maybe Im too trusting, but I accepted the check because after all it was a certified check. I deposited the check into my account when several days later I discovered that the check has been reversed and I was now over $2000 in the negative. I called the bank only to find out that the check was fraudulent. Again this was in February, February 10th to be exact. At that time I was told by Capital One that my banking relationship would be terminated due to fraudulent activity. NOT FRAUD THAT I CAUSED BUT SOMEONE ELSES DISHONESTY. So I took that the account would be closed, even though I was NOT the one who committed fraud, but then the account that was supposed to be closed on the 10th was not closed. I know that banks can see when a deposit is on the way so Im that time my income tax was on the way. They made sure to keep the account open to collect my income tax check and closed it just after the check was deposited. I was then told that the monies in my account would be mailed to me. This was 2/24. A month later and Im still waiting on my check. Ive been out of work due to car accidents and I really need my money before me and my kids are out on the street. Does Capital One care? No! Instead Im sitting here a month and a half being penalized because SOMEONE ELSE was dishonest. Im beyond frustrated and angry. Ive been a cap one member for years now. The saddest part is outside of two ladies I spoke with, no one has cared about my situation at all. Ive even asked for another check to be cut seeing as how you can clearly see that I have not received nor cashed the first one and they told me they CANT despite the situation. So Ive been told to keep waiting and if I dont get it in the mail by TODAY to call back and wait ANOTHER 21 days or possibly 90 days in the event they have to do an addendum , for MY money!!! This is ridiculous to say the least and Im truly grieved by my experience. I dont even trust the banks! Im so disappointed.
