Ms. Sharon, No one asked you to come to our shop; you made a choice to bring your vehicle to us. As far as finding no one to talk to; we are a busy shop that services 30-40 cars a day in addition to our body shop. So often we are juggling multiple open tickets at the same time. However, if you had taken a second and talked to any of our technicians you would have found a polite employee who would have gone out of their way to assist you. Our three CarFax top rated service centers over the last 4 years bears testament to that.As far as having torn apart vehicles... that's what we do, tear apart cars remove the broken parts and put them back together. Since we do a lot of work for nationally renowned warranty companies, a lot of cars have to be dismantled till an adjuster can come and look at them or they may be waiting on parts to arrive. One thing I will agree upon is that out of the 4 bays our shop has, our parts bay is really messy. But that's part of us being a super busy shop with a large volume in parts and not enough time to do much else but repair vehicles.In closing we'd rather have you take you vehicles and toy vehicles somewhere else. We prefer expending our time serving the thousands of happy customers who have kept us thriving and in business for over a decade. God Bless
