        I didn't get her name but thankful for the employee who took my battery in for charging/testing. OReillys employee sighed at me and refused to take it while saying it would get lost/stolen. This Autozone next door was 2-3x busier and took it without hesitation.

        I needed to remove stubborn nut from underneath my car. At the time, I was unsure which tool I need. My car was on jack. Wonderful BLAZE came out with me and crawled under my car to see what he was dealing with, got the tools and helped me. I cant express how much I value this. Humble and selfless people like blaze deserve a huge praise. I hope autozone values such employees.
