It truly is zero out of pocket! I kept searching for the catch but Hail Medic waived my deductible AND paid for my rental car for the 12 days that it took to repair all my hail damage. I worked with Francis, who was very helpful in answering my questions and keeping me up to date on the process. Would definitely recommend!

I cant say enough good things about Ruby Diaz and the team at Hail Medic. I was a little unsure at first about what to expect, but am glad that I ultimately decided to use them to repair damage to my vehicle after a hailstorm last year. Ruby handled everything from the rental car to working with my insurance provider to make sure that it was one less thing for me to worry about. She was very good about communicating with me throughout the process and made an effort to go out of her way to check in regularly with updates. I definitely recommend Ruby and this company to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired as a result of hail related damage.

Hail Medic was absolutely amazing to work with. I worked with Ruby Diaz and she made everything extremely easy. They deliver a rental car right to your door and then return your car once it is fixed and take the rental car back. Completely stress free. My truck looks as good as new after a terrible hail storm last October- cant even tell there was ever any damage. I would absolutely recommend Ruby, and Hail Medic, to anyone in need of dent repair!
