Service King Collision Arlington (Now Crash Champions)

Unfortunately, not a great rating from our collision repair. First time they said they were finished, we returned it with a long list of misalignments and broken parts. They were able to fix everything. I ask why didnt the quality inspection get it the first time? 2nd time the collison sensors on one side were misaligned. They repaired it, now both sides dont work. In for a 3rd time now to repair the rear collision sensors, which are a safety hazard being diabled since we are used to the sensors telling us if there is a car there. Hopefully this is the last time taking it back.

There were multiple types of services provided due to a car collision! Overall, the repairs restored my car back to its original condition and appearance! I was completely satisfied with the entire experience...the office agent was very cordial and professional! The time frame of the restoration was impeccable and I received my car back before it was initially scheduled!! Many thanks, would recommend your company to anyone, as it was to me...I'm a Happy Camper!
