I recently went in to enquire about there available units and spoke to one of the leasing officers she seem very disinterested in renting to me, she asked me to wait for her while she coppied some papers and then told me to give my self a tour of the unit without telling where the unit was so I was roaming around the property asking strangers for help. WhenI returned back to the office she was in a phone call and she seem more interested in the customers that came in after me then me. She got off the phone and started to rushing me she never asked me for an email or phone number, never told me anything about the property didnt even ask me when I wanted to move in.

This Place needs to be destroyed. Paying over $1,200 a month to live in an efficiency apartment that is the nastiest, roach infested, smelly, etc, etc. Do not move here!!! Roaches were coming out of my electrical plug outlets!!! It is NASTY.

I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The office employees are unorganized, rude specially manager Lorna very rude. She doesnt know how to manage the office and there employees, I had several issues they promised they going to fix but they never showed ,They do not follow through. They lose paper work. You can sign a lease one day, you get the keys and the next day they ask you if you signed a lease. The first day they said we are not changing you for internet you can bering your own internet when I signed the lease they said after that they said no the employee give wrong information you have to pay internet, they charged two type of trash valet trash and for dumpster separate They dont pick up trash that is paid to be picked up. They dont answer the phone ever each every time if you problem you have to walk in to office and for 20 and 30 minutes so you have to walk in the office to find them sitting on their butts having conversations with each other. They are quick to fine you but slow to respond to maintenance request. Roach infested!! Have you ever seen roaches outside in the day time? Yea these roaches own that spot. The manager rude as hell. Cant find the corporate office so I can complain. These apartments need to be knocked down honestly. If I can give a negative star I would. If you are looking for an extended stay that has lease agreements with no furniture then this place is for you.
