I have been living at the residence on Lamar for about a year. I have called the office multiple times requesting maintenance on my ceiling which leaks dirty water on my kitchen floor. I have a hard time cooking in there because I never know when the ceiling will leak on my head. There is a large gap in top of my front door and insects crawl through I have not had hot water in my kitchen sink since moved into my apartment. I went to the office and called the office today to see if I can meet with the manager. The front desk told me the manager has went home for the day and had no idea when she will be back and could not set up a appointment for me to meet with her. I asked her how I could get in contact with the owners , she gave me a card with the office managers email on it and told me to send a email. I'm currently researching my options to see what my rights are.

Honestly yall shouldnt deserve a star at all but it was the only way to leave a review. These apartments are so trashy and the maintenance people dont care at all. The management changed but never told the tenants anything. And the front people dont have the same info as the managers so they give out false information that we get punished for. So dont move here there are roaches and rats and maintenance doesnt come when you request it.

Ahmarha is amazing her beautify spirit and amazing vibe brought me here even if i dont get the apartment the fact she was was soo welcoming I wouldnt even care happy to be grace by her presence wish her nothing but success a prosperity

So I tried my best not to post anything, but this has got to be the most disrespectful management team I have ever had to deal with. I have had so many issues with this apartment:
No hot water - which now I have it in the bathroom but still NONE in the kitchen. It only gets warm and that's when I leave it running for 15 minutes. My heating & air conditioner: Last year the unit went out and I was told I was getting a new unit, because it would never go off on its own. I had to turn the breaker off when I did want it on. Summer of 2022 air conditioner went out they came and did a shade tree fix on it and nothing since. Now it's summer 2023 and no air conditioning again. Now I have 2 portable units in my apartment and one is leaking. How about I walked the property and found somebody has an actual air conditioner in their window. NOW I DON'T KNOW WHO IS PAYING FOR MY ELECTRIC BILL BUT THERE IS GOING TO BE A DISCUSSION BECAUSE THIS SHOUD HAVE BEEN FIXED LAST YEAR. The gym: Someone vandalized gym. Well that was almost 1 year ago. Well that is apart of our amenities here and they refuse to fix it. This is what they tell you. "we have been getting bids on it" FOR A YEAR!!!! PLEASE BE SERIOUS. Fix the gym so we can use it. As far as management, they think it's funny because they know what you're walking in there to ask them. So they start laughing, No one in the office cares not one bit. They're just not involved in your conversation. Just okay, well, I'm sorry. Well why don't you fix the issue. Sorry, doesn't help anything!!! Now they are trying to charge me $232 for utilities. I wish I never even saw this place. Don't get me wrong the apartments are nice on the inside, but behind the walls tore up!!!
