I only gave 1 star because I was forced to!! Roaches are bad and gets worse day by day and I'm OCD and VERY CLEAN, pool is always closed, and when we requested the pest control that's mandatory to pay every month they told us they had bigger problems!!! This apartment is owned and ran by criminals and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to move here unless you're absolutely desperate. I've had different apartments year after year the last 9 years and I can say hands down this is by far the WORST, CROOKED , CARELESS, AND PATHETIC APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!! I signed a lease agreement stating my rent in the classic no upgrade, roach infested apartment to pay 1180/month and every month it goes up to where I'm paying over $1400/month AND I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO SWIM!!! I HATE IT HERE SOOOO BAD DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY COMMENT ON EVERYBODY'S REVIEWS BUT DONT ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING AT ALL!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM DAY ONE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Currently a resident. It is consistently 86+ degrees in my apartment from 6-11 pm and the coolest it goes to is 78 degrees (but it takes all night). Ive called maintenance and the office about it and they gave the excuse Its going to be hot. Youre on the 3rd floor. If its that hot on the 3rd floor, DONT RENT OUT THE 3rd floor. We are paying $1300 a month (not including utilities) and I want to cry everytime I go home. We have also opened our air vents to see what the problem is, and it looks like there is mold in our vent. We contacted maintenance again, and again we have heard nothing back. The office is only open until 5 and I work from 8-5 everyday. I cannot go in and talk to anyone, but nothing is getting solved through the handy-man maintenance. Today is 108 degrees outside and I genuinely cannot fathom what the heat is going to be inside. Its unbearable and the office has made NO attempts to help. Never rent from here.

My experience in moving in was great. It was the easiest experience. Lauren explained everything step by step and if I didn't understand something she would explain it again. The other ladies in the office were helpful also. If you need a apartment BROOKSIDE is the greatest
