TreeNewal, Certified Arborist

I'm writing to thank TreeNewal for their expertise and professionalism. We recently purchased a property with a lot of very sensitive Post Oak trees, and we wanted to make sure to protect them as best as possible. So we called TreeNewal based on the good things we've heard about them. When they came out I expected to be pressured into doing different treatments for our trees, but instead it was quite the opposite. Cory had a very sensible approach, and helped us prioritize things that we needed to address, and gave us honest feedback on the things that we just need to leave alone. It's hard finding a good arborist, but we have been really pleased in in our dealings with TreeNewal, and I will say that they have earned a customer for life. Thank you! Nate

Hired them to help me save the two trees that have been planted since Nov 2021 and started to show signs of distress due to the drought. The arborist said they have a good chance and came up with a watering plan, plus I added their recommended feeding to make sure they will make it through the summer. Spent ~$600. They said that they will check back in 3 months, which made no sense. 4 weeks later one tree died, I called and complained that they cannot wait 3 months to check again on the trees and they showed up again. The recommendation is to water the remaining tree more often. They should be more involved with cases where the trees are showing signs of distress/ dying. Checking back in 3 months is too late.

I highly recommend TreeNewal. I was first introduced to TreeNewal when one of our Post Oaks needed fungal and insect treatment last summer. We've since done two treatments and the tree is thriving now! We also recently used TreeNewal to prune all of the trees on our property. I cannot emphasize enough the high level of customer service I have seen from TreeNewal from the beginning to end of each project. James made several trips out to our home to check on our "sick" Post Oak and spent extra time educating us and answering all of our questions. The team pruning the trees was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to leave our property looking better than when they arrived - even my neighbor made a comment to me about how wonderful they were! Overall, TreeNewal exceeds my expectations when it comes to communication, and that includes their arborists, teams, and the home office. Amber has been a pleasure to work with and always checks in with me pre- and post- service to be sure there are no concerns. We will absolutely be using TreeNewal in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a company that truly cares about your trees.

I am an employee of TreeNewal and am truly humbled by how they helped my family and I wanted to share publicly. This last Saturday the company and it's leadership (including the owner) came out to my grandmother's home to help with a lot of yard work. As you can see with our other reviews, our crews and team does great work, but what a lot of people don't know is the kind and generous hearts of David and Wes. This is a company that goes above and beyond for their employees and I am grateful to be a part of.
