Super easy company to work with! The process of ordering hundreds of shirts could not have been easier. The company may be small, but with that comes some incredible personal touches and customer service. There was an issue with 3 of our 600 shirts but instead of not saying anything (which they easily could have and we likely wouldn't have even known), they were very upfront about the issue and said they would refund us for those 3. Timely turnaround, great pricing, fantastic customer service - definitely would use Cozy Up again in the future! Thanks so much!!!

Cozy Up LLC has been handling the screen printing and embroidery needs of our business for over a year now (as well as personal items), and has done a fantastic job with each and every order. The quality is outstanding, turnaround time is great, and Melissa and Jim are great people to work with. Very responsive to any question or request that we may have. From t-shirts and hoodies to insulated mugs, they have done it all, and done it well :)
