About 8 months ago, I came to realization that my brother and I were spending the majority of our days working "in" our business instead of "on" our business. I knew we needed a new direction, some who could help us to clarify our vision and guide us to a better way of running our business. Well, we found that person, Chad Murray with Outside the Business Box! We really like Chad's style of coaching; he is intuitive, he listens, he guides us, he holds us accountable and the most important quality (in my eyes) is he keeps us focused on the bigger picture! With his help, I have added the right people to our staff that work well together, and as a team! And, by getting the right people in place, it has allowed me to step back out of the everyday business and focus my energy and time "on" our business. Hiring Chad as our business coach, has truly been one of the best decision I have made for our company! I had worked side by side with my father in our family business for most of my adult life, so when my father retired and wasn't coming into the office everyday I felt as if I had to be head of our business and the only one that could make the final decision on any situation. Being the "older" sister, I failed to see the leader in my brother because I always looked at him as my being my younger brother, not as my partner in business. With Chad's guidance, I have opened my mind and eyes and I've learned to "let go" of that feeling of complete responsibility for the entire company. I can proudly say I am watching my brother become the confident and wise leader I knew he could and would be. Thank you Chad for your great style of coaching , it Works!

Chad is an excellent business coach! He makes himself available all the time and is open and relatable with his own experiences. He doesn't pull any punches and will tell you what you need to hear to level up. Every meeting I get new tools and insights from his experience so I don't have to learn the hard way. Worth every penny!
