        Purchased house with them. Very Rude and no one cares after closing home. Unable to get issues fixed even after 5 months of closing. Please avoid.

        Good house. Model home nicely designed. There are staff inside the model home. They can help you explain and show the house. Also they will explain the prices and everything. Then can provide you the lender details for loan approvals. Also there are relators inside the model house. By now the houses might have been closed. Ask them for any other new constructions. There are multiple projects doing by this company.

        We love our home and think it was built fairly well! Unfortunately they seem to wiggle out of "Manufacturer" warranties. Our house is 4 years old and some of the windows are blown out they are supposedly on a 10-year manufacturer warranty that they will not honor! So I would think twice buying a pre-existing built from them in the future...
