        Do homework before dealing with this company. They will tell you one thing to get your business then once your locked in pay for that high price water system and dealing with that horrible finance company. The interest rate is ridiculous and you will be paying forever. 10,000 for the water system I could have got for less than 500.00 from Home Depot. Then was told they would supply and change filters for free. Only to call today to find out they want 500.00 bucks to come out and change. Im getting rid of this system and buying one from Home Depot. DONT DO IT!

        Its obvious you try to hire friendly, courteous personnel. Maribel addressed my concerns professionally and timely while maintaining a pleasant disposition that made the call an enjoyable experience. Highly suggest to hire more like Maribel and/or follow the training program that made her a positive employee for your company. If its time for a raise, she deserves it.

      Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if you’re feeling dissatisfied. Our finance company typically goes over all detail thoroughly and addresses any questions you may have. Regarding the filters, you have two options: paying out of pocket or signing up for our water plan, which can save you money at $29.99 plus tax per month, or paying upfront.
