This review is not a reflection of how we do business, nor how the interaction went with this contractor. Moy would never show up to finish his work and created numerous delays in the building process. It became so problematic we had to hire another subcontractor to finish Moy's scope of work. Not only was he paid, but he was paid ahead of his scheduled work progress prior to him not showing up to finish. We had to pay the other subcontractor out of what was owed to Moy to complete the scope of work and get our CO. Not only did we have to pay another subcontractor, we had to pay Moy's material bills from earlier draws he had already been paid. Then after the job was completed, he wanted the full amount of his contract even though he didn't finish the work o pay all of his own bills. We have spoken many times trying to find some sort of resolution, but he is never accommodating to resolve his issues.
