        Scott came to look at my possible leak. Used his very expensive professional drone. Took pics of my roof. Showed me that there was nothing wrong around my vent. Probably rainstorm high winds put water in vent. Very professional & polite. As we know there are shady contractors out there that take advantage of people. This company did not.

      We have looked all through our system and can not determine who this would be. Not sure if this customer left this by mistake. Really wish we could have discussed any issues they may have had if this was in fact not left here by mistake.
